PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to take necessary action upon the alleged 4th and 5th Respondents on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2014.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed praying for a mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to take necessary action against the 4th and 5th Respondents on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2014.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 submits that if fresh representation is made, the same would be considered and orders would be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner also concedes to the same.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation. If the Petitioner files any representation, the Respondents 2 and 3 shall pass appropriate orders on such representation in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.
