ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.101841/V9/2017, dated 23.08.2017 and the consequential order passed by the first respondent in the proceedings in No.MPC/94/2017, dated 29.08.2017 and consequently direct the first respondent to allow the petitioner to continue his studies.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Nedunchezhian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous in view of the fact that the petitioner had completed his course. He further submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructous. No costs.
