ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents not to harass and compel the petitioner to execute bond without following mandatory procedure under Chapter IX of the BNSS / Chapter VIII of the Criminal Procedure Code.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is having history sheet and that they have not issued any summons for the appearance of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without issuing summons, they have been calling the petitioner to appear for the purpose of executing a bond.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed not to call for the petitioner without any summons and is directed to act in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
