O R D E R

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the detenu i.e., the petitioner's son Ramesh, aged about 28 years.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the NBWs which has been issued against the detenu in Tiruchendur Police Station in Cr.Nos.217 of 2017 and 193 of 2020 are pending. 3.It is clear that the detenu has evaded the law and he has to surrender before the Court. This Habeas Corpus Petition would not lie. Hence, this petition stands closed.
