The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Petition has been filed by the accused in Crime No.203 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kottampatti Police Station, Madurai District. 2.It is the further submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners are A1 to A5. The second Respondent is the relative of third Petitioner. During the pendency of the First Information Report, due to the advise of the elders in both the family, the Petitioners and the second Respondent have arrived at a compromise and memo to that effect has also been filed.

3.The learned Counsel for the second Respondent is present before this Court and submits that he has filed a vakalat for the second Respondent and concedes the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first Respondent submits that A2, namely, Thangameeran has involved one another case in Crime No.121 of 2021 on the file of the first Respondent herein.

5.In the light of the compromise arrived between the Petitioners and the second Respondent, FIR in Crime No.203 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kottampatti Police Station, is hereby quashed and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly. 19.10.2022 Internet:Yes/No Index:Yes/No Rmk To 1.The Inspector of Police, Kottampatti Police Station, Madurai District.
