.. Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the change of investigation from the third respondent, entrusting the investigation to the first respondent to investigate through any of his subordinate officer or to any other competent authority.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the file of the third respondent to the some other investigating agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint, the third respondent registered a case in Crime No. 215 of 2018 under Section 174 (3) Cr.P.C.,. He furthur submitted that the investigation is almost completed and they are awaiting for viscera report. At this stage, the transfer of investigation would affect the entire investigation.

3. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court. The second respondent is directed to monitor the third respondent and ensure that the third respondent shall complete the order passed by this Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
