ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 18.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.9568 of 2024.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted a copy of the proceedings dated 05.12.2024 issued by the third respondent, wherein a cheque for a sum of Rs.87,000/- has been issued in favour of the writ petitioner. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has further submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.
