O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the Petitioner's property in S.No.96/7 situated at Kurayur Bit-I, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District by considering the Petitioner's online application, dated 10.3.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased the subject property on 15.6.2022. Patta for the same stands in the name of Petitioner in patta No.3239.The petitioner submitted an online application on 10.3.2025 in Application NO.2025/0123/24/013080 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mr.D.S.Neduncheziah, learned Government Advocate who appears for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the 2/5

merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 10.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
