The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the final report in this case has been made ready and they proposed to close the case as undetected. 3.It shall be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A copy of the same will also be served on the petitioner. After giving due opportunity to the petitioner, the learned Magistrate will take a final call in the matter. 4.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
