RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition as to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand Only) imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12380 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023.

Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JINNAH.S.M.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- While passing the order, the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.75,000/- to the credit of Crime No.244 of 2023 before the trial Court.

2. Aggrieved over the order, this petition came to be filed, seeking modification on the ground that the petitioner is one of the victim and he is not in a position to mobilize the amount.

CRL MP(MD) No.11766 of 2023 3.The reasons stated by the petitioner cannot be taken into account and I find no reason to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12380 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023.
