PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to link the UAN 101018449102 with Aadhar Card bearing number 7159 7919 0182 belong to the petitioner and to correct the date of birth of the petitioner, so that the date of birth of the petitioner can be corrected as 25.07.1986 instead of 15.02.1987, and enable the petitioner to get dispersal of the EPF Contributions, by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 31.05.2025 and 11.07.2025, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to direct them to link UAN 101018449102 with Aadhar Card bearing number 7159 7919 0182 and to correct the date of birth of the petitioner to enable the petitioner to get dispersal of the EPF Contributions.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lastly worked in Integrated Wireless Solution Private Company 2/5

Limited, New Delhi, wherein his date of birth has been wrongly entered. The petitioner has sent representations on 31.05.2025 and on 11.07.2025. These representations were sent to the respondents 1 to 3 to link UAN 101018449102 with Aadhar Card bearing Number 7159 7919 0182. However, no representation has been sent to the fourth respondent, who is the competent authority to consider the representation made by the writ petitioner.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that the fourth respondent alone is a competent authority to consider the request made by the petitioner.

In view of the above said submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the fourth respondent enclosing all the records within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the request and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
