ORDER
The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation. The petitioner's husband died in an accident. Even though some credible materials have been placed, the investigation officer has chosen to close it as undetected. I am of the view that the investigation cannot be dropped in such matters. Therefore, the investigation officer is directed to continue the investigation and file final report appropriately, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Superintendent of Police, Pudukkottai District is directed to monitor the investigation.
