PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner institution application for No Objection Certificate and to recommend the second respondent to grant No Objection Certificate to the petitioner Educational Institution based upon the application submitted by the petitioner Institution dated 18.06.2014 to get affiliation from the fourth respondent to impart education adopting the syllabi of the fourth respondent without insisting plan approval from the third respondent in respect of the buildings of the petitioner's Educational Institution.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner Educational Institution seeking No Objection Certificate from the second respondent herein for starting e-course under the Indian Council for Secondary Education (ICSE) system from 7th standard to 12th standard. 2/6
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, an application was presented on 18.06.2014 to the first respondent herein so that he would forward the same to the second respondent herein and thereafter, the second respondent would forward the same to the fourth respondent herein for approval. The writ petitioner has sought for disposal of the said application.
3. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the application made by the writ petitioner Institution on 18.06.2014 has been rejected by the second respondent herein on 11.09.2015 and the said order was challenged in W.P.(MD)No.1424 of 2016 and the said writ petition has already been disposed of.
4. In view of the above fact that the writ petitioner's application has already been rejected on 11.09.2015, nothing survives to be adjudicated. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. 22.11.2022 Index :
