ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.,) This petition is filed to direct the first and second respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu namely, Mundan Raja, aged about 29 years,, who is the son of the petitioner before this Court.

2.Heard Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

H.C.P.(MD).No.1699 of 2021 3.The respondent police has secured the detenu from Chennai and produced before this Court. Upon enquiry, it is stated that without informing his parents, he got married. The mother of the detenu does not have any objection.
