ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent to give proper instructions to the 2nd respondent to give police Protection to the petitioner's house construction in S.Nos.974/2, 979/1, 979/2, situating at Eanjar Village, Plot Nos.6 and 7, Sivakasi Taluk based on her complaint dated 06.09.2019

2. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of construction of house owned by the petitioner . In this regard, there is money dispute between them, as such the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent. On the complaint lodged by the before the second respondent, they conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as civil in nature.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the parties are directed to approach the concerned civil court for appropriate relief in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
