ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioners, dated 10.06.2015, in the light of Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011. The petitioners have further prayed for invoking the said circular, that certain document may be annulled by the second respondent herein. In view of the fact that the said circular has already been recalled by the Government, the present Mandamus cannot be issued. The petitioners are always at liberty to invoke the new provisions under the Registration Act.

2. With the above said observation, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
