Respondent Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition is filed Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,praying this court to direct the Learned Additional Mahila Court (JM Level), Tiruchirappalli, to expeditiously dispose the Execution petitions for the Enforcement of arrears of rent in Cr.MP.No(s). 8637/2019, 13503/2019, 1514/2022, 9133/2022, 16034/2022 filed Under Rule 6(5) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violance Rules,2006 within the stipulated by this Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 20.06.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Additional Mahila Court(FAC),Tiruchirapalli vide the letter in D.No.1225/2023 dated 26.12.2023, this Court made the following order:

"The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the petitions in Cr.M.P.Nos.8637/2019, 13503/2019, 1514/2022, 9133/2002 and 16034/2002 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Tiruchirappalli.

2.Explanation is accepted.

3.In view of the same, this Court is inclined to grant two months further time to complete the trial and dispose of the petitions from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
