This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.03.2016 in CSR No.190/2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled. Therefore, further adjudication may not be required in this petition. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
