ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner by the learned Special Court for Trail of SC/ST(POA) Act Cases Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur in Crl.M.P.No.1079/2022 in Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2019, dated 15.07.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, Police.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition No.1 imposed vide order dated, 15.07.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.1079 of 2022 in Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2019 by the learned Special Court for Trail of SC/ST(POA) Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two blood relative sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate 2/4

concerned". The other conditions if any shall remain unaltered.
