Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 27.09.2022, this Habeas Corpus Petition was posted for hearing today.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the detenu was produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, on 30.09.2022 and the statement of the detenu was recorded by the learned Magistrate. The detenu has expressed her willingness to go along with her uncle named Sermabalan. The relevant statement recorded by the learned Magistrate was produced before this Court. Recording the same, the complaint has also been closed by the respondent police. This fact was also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
