(Crime No.124/15) ... Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.124 of 2015 on the file of the fourth respondent to the second respondent or any other independent investigating agency and direct them to complete the investigation and file a final report within the stipulated period. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Marimuthu For Respondents : Mr.A.Robinson Government Advocate (Crl.side)

ORDER

The petitioner alleges that his brother-in-law Thiru.K.A.V.S.Veluchamy was done to death on 13.05.2015. According to him, the case has been mistakenly registered only under Sections 279 and 304(A) of IPC. He, therefore, seeks transfer of investigation in Crime No.124 of 2015. The respondents seem to maintain that the case is one of hit and run accident. The petitioner maintains that there are sufficient suspicious circumstances to conclude that it is a case of murder. 2.In these circumstances, I direct the fourth respondent to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner will of-course be associated and given notice before the final report is accepted. I https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made it clear that I have not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. All the contentions and defences are left open. Hence, this criminal original petition is disposed of with this direction.
