Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of mandamus, directing the Appellate Authority, the 2nd respondent herein to dispose of the Appeal dated 08.08.2019 filed before the 2nd respondent herein after considering all the materials sent with an Appeal and after giving an opportunity of the petitioner by giving personal hearing to the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner herself has submitted that a similarly placed person filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.20910/19, wherein, this Court had given a direction to the official respondents to dispose of the appeal filed by them, after affording an opportunity to all the interested parties. If the petitioner is a member of the said District Union, he will also get notice.

2.Since already a direction is given in the other writ petition, it need not be repeated in the present writ petition. Hence, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in the present writ petition.
