For Petitioner in all W.Ps : Mr.R.V.Rajkumar For Respondent in all W.ps : Mr.H.Arumugam COMMON ORDER All these writ petitions were filed challenging the orders of suspension, which were issued on account of certain serious allegations. The suspension orders were stayed by this Court at the time of admission. It is brought to the notice of this Court that all the writ petitioners are reinstated in service pursuant to the interim order of stay granted by this Court.

2.In view of the fact that all the writ petitioners are working now, the suspension orders need not be given effect to and the respondents are bound to continue the departmental disciplinary proceedings and concluded the same by affording an opportunity to all the delinquent officer and pass final order as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that the suspension orders need not be reopened and the respondents are directed to conclude the departmental disciplinary proceedings and pass orders without causing any undue delay. Accordingly, all the suspension orders issued by the respondents in Na.Ka.No.3/2013/H, dated 22.03.2014 and in Na.Ka.No.15/2014/H, dated 02.04.2014, are quashed. The respondents are directed to proceed with the departmental disciplinary proceedings and conclude the same by following the procedure contemplated and pass final orders as expeditiously as possible.
3.With the above direction, these writ petitions are allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
