ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction for speedy disposal of I.A.No.3 of 2023 in A.S.No.144 of 2023, on the file of the Additional District Court, Padmanabhapuram by framing a time limit. 1/4
2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. The respondents herein filed a suit in O.S.No.112 of 2021 before the learned Sub Judge, Eraniel, against the petitioners seeking recovery of possession of the suit property. After full-fledged trial, the suit was decreed on 29.09.2023. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioners preferred an appeal in A.S.No.144 of 2023 before the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil. Along with the appeal, the petitioners filed an application in I.A.No. 3 of 2023 for staying the execution of the judgment and decree dated 29.09.2023 passed in the original suit in O.S.No.112 of 2021. However, the said application has not yet been disposed of. Hence, the petitioners have filed this present Civil Revision Petition.
4.. In view of the above, the Additional District Court, Padmanabhapuram is directed to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in A.S.No.144 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is disposed of. 30.07.2025 Internet:Yes/No Index:Yes/No TSG 2/4
