No.17872 of 2021 ----------- The Hon'ble High Court, while hearing the CRL OP(MD).No.17872 of 2021 , has passed an order on 17/11/2021 as below: The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the warrant is also pending against A2 and this is the second time warrant was issued against the present petitioner and the same was executed. 2.Hence, the Registry is directed to call for the report from the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thanjavur with regard to the pendency of the warrant, stage of the case and the reasons for not proceeding with the trial.

3.Post the matter on 23.11.2021.
