When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner died on 13.12.2023. To that effect he has filed the photo copy of the death certificate of the petitioner. Since the petitioner died, nothing further survives in this petition.
