2.Crime No.10 of 2020 was registered on the file of the respondent on 04.11.2020. A full one year has elapsed. The respondent cannot keep the FIR pending at the investigation stage indefinitely. The respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
