The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in Crime No.335 of 2015 registered on the file of the second respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submittted that final report has been made ready dropping further action in the matter. It appears that the same has not been served on the petitioner. Therefore, this criminal original petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to serve a copy of the final report on the petitioner.
