ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing to register a partition deed, dated 20.03.2001, which is pending for registration wide P.No.20 of 2003 on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the demand of an enhanced stamp duty made by the first respondent herein was challenged before the second respondent. The second respondent had passed an order confirming such a demand. The said order of the second respondent was challenged by way of a revision before the third respondent. The third respondent has also confirmed the same. The said order was challenged in W.P(MD)No.25719 of 2003 before the Principal Bench, which was dismissed recently.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he has proposed to file a writ appeal before the Principal Bench. Without prejudice to the contentions of the writ petitioner in the said writ appeal, the present Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 21.09.2022 Index :
