When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that after completing the investigation, final report has been filed and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.41 of 2024 and it is pending on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Trichy. 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
