ORDER

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.605 of 2015 registered on the file of the second respondent. The petitioner is a victim of chain snatching. The occurrence had taken place in the evening hours on 18.02.2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that three chain snatching incidents taken place in the same area in successive weeks. Though several years have lapsed, there is no detection. Hence, this criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation.

3.In a case of this nature, I am of the view that transfer of investigation is not going to serve any purpose. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
