[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] It is the claim of the petitioner that the fifth respondent has encroached upon 75 cents of land classified as Natham vacant site in Senkulipatti Village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. Perusal of the revenue records produced by the learned Special Government Pleader shows that the land in question has been classified as ''ej;jk; fhyp ,lk;''.
