ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Family Judge at Dindigul to dispose the H.M.O.P No.115 of 2022 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. 3.The revision petitioner is the mother of the victim, who was the wife of the first respondent and died at the matrimonial home. During the marriage, the first respondent received, on demand, a list of jewels and dowry articles which are the subject matter of H.M.O.P No.115 of 2022. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition filed seeking recovery of jewels and articles is pending for the past three years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P No.115 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. 6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
