This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to issue a Writ of Certiorarifiled Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to Thava 1/2021/22 initiated by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to drop the action under Section 90 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition is directed against the summons issued by the second respondent, dated 22.10.2021 and subsequent to that enquiry was conducted and award came to be passed and that therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
