PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.343/A1/2015 dated 02.02.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the 1st respondent to cancel the fraudulent sale deed registered in document No.262 of 2011 dated 13.01.2011 and document No.8229/2012 dated 09.11.2012 on the file of the 3rd respondent and initiate appropriate action in the light of Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
