COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.35476/W1//E1/2018 dated Nil.06.2018 (Published in the internet on 11.06.2018) and quash the same as illegal.

For Petitioners : Mr.H.Mohemmed Imran For Respondents : Mr.P.T.Thiraviam Government Advocate (In all WPs) C O M M O N O R D E R Challenging the order passed by the Joint Director of School Education (Higher Secondary), Chennai, directing the Deputy Inspector of Schools, who have completed three years in the same cadre have to apply for transfer counseling, the petitioners hav filed this writ petition in the year 2018.

2.Today(11.11.2024), when these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that these writ petitions have become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
