When the writ petition was posted on 02.01.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, registry was directed to post the matter on 03.01.2020. Even on 03.01.2020, there was a representation on behalf of the petitioner's counsel to adjourn the matter to 20.01.2020. However, this Court directed the office to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Considering the conduct of the petitioner's counsel, this Court is not inclined to show any indulgence or lenience.
