ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to give electrical service to the petitioner's residential property bearing Door No.40, Sannathi Street, Kanyakuruchi Village, Pattukottai Taluk, Tanjore District on the basis of his application dated 02.02.2015.

2. Heard Mr.M.Prabhakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Nagarajan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the writ petition and also considering the fact that the representation has been made as early as in the year 2015, the writ petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the third respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter.

4. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
