ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondent to remove the electric pole situated in Patta No.135, S.F.No.256/32 and re-locate the electric pole at an appropriate place by considering his representation dated 09.04.2018.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the poles were erected only in the public pathway and that too, even prior to the petitioner's constructions. He further submitted that on the request of the petitioner, the respondent has conducted an enquiry. However, there is no possibility for shifting the pole in view of the objection made by the other adjacent land owners.
4. Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 25.03.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No cp
