Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent vide proceedings in No.106/MuVu/2024, consequently grant 40 days ordinary leave without police escort to petitioner's husband namely Jegadeesan @ Jegan S/o.Sundarrajan (Convict Prisoner No.23523) confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, forthwith considering the representation dated 17.06.2024.

We had passed an order on 28.08.2024 granting 20 days leave to the husband of the petitioner, Jegadeesan @ Jegan, who is Convict Prisoner No.23523 and confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli. The leave was from 31.08.2024 to 19.09.2024.

2. It is informed by both the learned Counsel for the petitioner and also by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on expiry of the leave period, the husband of the petitioner had surrendered

before the Superintendent of Prisons, Central Prison at Tiruchirappalli.
