2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the enquiry in this case has not only commenced but also got concluded as far as the petitioners are concerned. The next hearing date is 26.02.2020.

3. In view of the commencement of the enquiry before the Court below, I am of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Leaving open all the contentions and the defences of the petitioners, the criminal original petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
