PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the third Respondent in his proceedings No.RTI 552/Po.1/2016 dated 26.09.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate grounds based on the Educational Qualification with in a stipulated time may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order dated 26.09.2016 passed in RTI 552/Po.1/2016 by the third respondent and to direct the respondents to provide employment to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that as per order dated 26.06.2019 passed in No.2879/e3/2019 by the Chief Probation Superintendent, Chennai, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. (*) It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 26.06.2019 if she is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
