ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 06.06.2018 and further direct the first respondent to pay the amount that has been realized so far to the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that while pending the Writ Petition, the amount which was sought to be attached has been released in their favour. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
