This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Mechanical Engineering to be filled up by the Respondent as per their Employment Notification No.294, dated 01.04.2012.

2. The petitioner was 47 years old at the time of filing this writ petition. As on date he is 54 years old. Due to age factor, this writ petition cannot be considered. Moreover, the recruitment is for the year 2012. Due to efflux of time, this writ petition cannot be considered.

3. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
