Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 576/2014 dated 07.04.2014, on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to demolish already constructed area and returned the above said vacant site to the petitioner in Survey NO. 356 and 244/1 and Door NO. 5/106-B which is situated at Kokkarakal Valasu, Rajampatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
