Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESHKUMAR.S.R., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned as ordered by this Court.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the first petitioner was suffering from jaundice and was taking continuous country side treatment, the petitioners could not able to produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
