2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.89 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and 4 of TNPPDL Act, 1992. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
