This Review Application has been filed against the order, dated 11.05.2023 in C.R.P(MD)No.1241 of 2023.

2. Heard the parties on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

3. While narrating the facts, this Court has observed that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has set aside the Judgment rendered in A.S.No.70 of 2012, but the same is incorrect fact. Therefore, this Court deleting the portion, where it says "set aside the Judgment in Appeal suit No.70 of 2012". 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Review Application is closed. The respondent in review petition is directed to take steps and list the Second Appeal 'for Admission', on or before 23.11.2023. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
