When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive in view of the order passed in proceedings No.MD/MDU/RO/PPO./Ack No.230222110718000346451/2023, dated 16.12.2023 by the Regional PF Commissioner - I and seeks liberty to challenge the said proceedings. He also further contended that the said order is not communicated to the petitioner so far. However, the same is disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1.

2. Be that as it may, as the said proceedings is only dated 16.12.2023, the petitioner is granted liberty to question the said proceedings. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 24.02.2025 Index :
