Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.131/2018 dated 01.06.2018 on the file of the respondent herein and to file a final report.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience against the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4460 of 2019, dated 26.03.2019.

2. This Court by an order dated 26.03.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4460 of 2019, directed the respondent police to file a final report within a period of two weeks.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that it is the case of suicide and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD).No.1413 of 2019 the respondent police is awaiting for report from the Forensic Department and therefore, the respondent police seeks further time to file a final report.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is closed.
